This is one of the nicest gyms let alone Y's I've been to. The body pump classes are top notch, but be sure to show up early to get a good space.. Good place to work out and great place for kids to play basketball.... more

Very safe and comfortable environment. This gym is up there with some of the best I've seen on a military base. Plenty of equipment, showers are hot, the sauna works most of the time and the pool is heated.... more
