Do not join this gym. I joined it when I was in school there and in the 2 plus years since i left they have REFUSED to cancel the membership. They refuse to stop charging me and calling me. I've faxes them, ive talked to them and I've talked to the bank. Unless you want to file a lawsuit to cancel a membership do not join here.****edit. Even though a you fit representative posted that they want to take care of this they have not. They refuse to fix the situation and have sent thos to collections. DO NOT USE YOU FIT. they will scam you and won't cancel your membership.
The faculty has decent equipment but the hours are inconvenient and you can't workout unless it's staffed which is annoying. The lime green membership is only worth it if you plan to buy lots of protein bars and drinks.
Professional, personal attention from staff. Cleanliness of the gym. Different fitness plans to fit everyone's budget. No judgement, beginners can be as comfortable working out as advanced members.
Always nice and clean. Equipment always in working order and the music is always good for getting pumped up.

Yea they have good looking equipment. Thats because when you decide to cancel they still go into your bank account and take your money and tell you they have no records of you cancelling. So they the go into your hard earned money and take it as they please $115 taken out of my bank account and they tell me I can't get it back imagine how many people they do this to that's how they RICH!!!!!

Aliyah was awesome and got me signed up in a jiffy. The staff is great at the gateway location.

The facility was much bigger than expected an the staff was Awsome with assisting not only me but my sister as well. Highly recommended!!
I joined in March, nice facility, friendly staff. I would have given a 5 star rating, but wasn't up front about taxes on monthly and annually fees.
The staff makes coming to the gym a wonderful experience. Everyone is always nice with a positive attitude to match. I also love the workout classes they offer.

kourtney and Deep are PHENOMENAL BLESSING TO THE FITNESS CENTER!!!! The center is sooo well kept..I can't say enough about the crew...one word ? Am glad you asked...AMAZING!!!! :)

Great style very clean utility very positive environment however it kind of inconvenience me because when I started the gym was 24 hours and that was the whole reason why I chose this gym now the gym closes at hours of inconvenience seeing that I work late it is now hard to get to the gym to complete my fitness goal seriously thinking about going LA Fitness YMCA come on you Fitness Fitness go back to 24 hours please

When you try to end your account, they charge you ten dollars which they call a 'cancellation fee', but it's honestly just a small gouge for money. Talked to some male desk attendant over 8 days before I wanted to cancel, and he told me he'd call me back with more info 30 min later. He never did. Further, because they require me to bicycle myself all the way across town to sign a sheet of paper, and I have zero income now with which to afford a taxi or uber, they're charging me for the upcoming month though I won't even be there anywhere on that side of town. It's unacceptable. So I'm going to cancel the bank account they draw from.
I haven't been there yet,but it is of nice workout place to workout I like it...
