What a unique experience! We came and did a full body treatment and the boots. The staff was informative and I look forward to the next treatment!

Great plafe, incredible experience. Truly relieved all tensions in my body, highly recommend this for all those that have tried an ice bath before with a positive experience. Great for athletes or any who just need to relax!
From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave... A+++ customer service. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything I needed to know. I did localized cryo, whole body therapy and the recovery pump boots. Oh you get to pick a song while inside the whole body cryo, was pretty cool!! Will be back!!!

I went down on my motorcycle doing about 40mph. My entire left side was bruised and my shoulder and ankle took most of the fall. Treatment was an easy day with the awesome equipment and staff at the ZONE! I recommend them to anyone with inflammation of any sort!
I loved how the cold felt. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting at all. Not to mention I got out of the chamber feeling energized and loose. The staff was also very friendly and informative.

Wow. They just ensured that Fiix got a new client. I booked an appointment online like I had done in the past. In the days leading up to my appointment I received three emails reminding me about it. I showed up and waited for about twenty minutes before being told I didn't have an appointment. I read the latest email to the woman at the desk and she said, "Oh, our online booking system doesn't work with our new system. Sorry. I can't fit you in today." What the hell? I booked online on their website...that isnt even compatible with their "system". Whatever. They aren't the only place in Riverside that does cryotherapy.

It was a very neat place. I went in only for a tour as I was so intrigued by the setup and location of this facility. It was very well laid out and immaculate in its cleanliness. The environment was friendly, warm, and inviting. I guess I expected it to be cryptic and cold in nature. Lol and there are many high-end medical gadgets and machinery which help in the therapy process at this clinic.
It is for the local community so
don't think that if you are not an athlete or person, an insured person, or someone of importance that you cannot take advantage of the offerings here. It's for everybody!

This is the best thing you can do for your body!!! I absolutely love this place ,I have sciatica and this has helped tremendously !!! The staff is great!!!!

Great environment and location to feel the benefits of cryotherapy and the other services the Recovery Zone has to offer. The owner and staff are really friendly and professional and create a positive experience.
I do break dance ,gymnastics and compete the cryotherapy before really refreshes my body. It is a new and exciting experience. You come a few times and you become addicted . The other services (recovery boots) really help the recovery of my legs when I had a severe injury and I would out for a year. Actually, it is one of favorite this to do. The staff really does care and truly tries their best to cater to your needs I hope one day they make more stores. It is simple to set up appointments. You should come try this new addiction it is great especially after a hard days of work it a great place to make a quick pit stop and to recovery before you go home . The pricing is pretty convenient too. I love this place! I come all the time. The best time to come is early in the morning or afternoon evening the other times seemed to be pretty busy but, it is worth the work I still good but when you go don't be in a hurry take your time and truly pamper yourself .

As I was waiting, Staff that came thru the door said Good Morning and how are you. Very Professional and Friendly. Once everything was ready, Stephanie took me into the room and explained what I needed to do to get started. The room was very clean, the gloves, socks if needed and shoes were readily available. Once I got into the machine and the session started, Stephanie asked questions, how did I find out about their facility, have I ever heard of Cryotherapy etc. She then explained what the procedure does to the body and she kept a keen eye on the time and temperature for the 3 minute session. Being the first time, the temperature was not lowered all the way down, which I understand but it was low enough that I could feel it. I really only have a heal spur and no other major pains or aches (I am 65), so I can't say that it eased my pain in my heal. I did feel better after the session though and will be back for more. If you feel hesitant about doing this, DON'T, you really do feel better and the 3 minutes goes by quick. Again, Friendly Staff and very clean facility.
The staff at Recovery Zone is excellent and very pleasant. The equipment is first rate. I would recommend this facility for my one training for high level competition or just needs to feel better.
