I have been to Tehila's for individual pilates training and to her husband Keith for neuromuscular massage. Tehila's and Keith's dedication to the whole health of a person is recognizable right away. They are focused and intentional in their work but kind and warm-hearted people who care about the people they work with. I strongly recommend Tehila's Pilates to anyone interested in pursuing a healthier mind and body.

They did not return my calls. Went to Massage Envy instead because they were able to get me an appointment right away.

Keith is very intuitive and experienced at his craft. I found the therapeutic value of his expertise immediately. He understands the body and mind and how they work together and he weaves his magic through his ability to locate and work out the knots and bound up fascia. I highly recommend this man for massage.

A message with a mission is different than a back rub.. both are good, but Tehila's is surgically precise at eliminating pain and realigning a body to healthy posture.

I started seeing Keith for neck pain a few years ago and I can't say enough about how much it helped me to get out of pain and stay out of pain for longer and longer periods of time.

About two months ago, I started seeing Tehila for private Pilates sessions to help my body strengthen and recover after having my forth child and experiencing back pain and other symptoms from a diastasis recti. She has helped me so much already, and I look forward to continuing to improve with her help. She is so good about paying attention to where you are and what you are capable of and helping you learn how better move and hold your body. I told her after one of my sessions, "I feel better and stronger every time I leave here." Thank you Keith and Tehila!

I began private lessons with Tehila back in August of 2016. My partner had been attending group classes with Tehila for about six months and I kept poking around asking questions as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and was receiving cortisone shots in my heel once every six months or so. I was also super out of shape.

I finally got up the courage, I was horrified by the idea of even having my feet bare in public (I don't think I took my socks off for the first month) but Tehila was super patient with me and could read I wasn't interested in even having her adjust my positions with her hands (I was super uncomfortable with my body in space). After attending her private lessons twice a week over the course of one month my plantar fasciitis was gone. I had been suffering from that for, I dunno around eight years!! It was nuts. Then I noticed all of these other changes, in my posture (Hey! my neck doesn't hurt anymore when I'm turning my neck to back out of driveway), even getting up from my seat at the dinner table was even different. I had no idea how everything should/could spring forth from the core of the body until pilates with Tehila taught me otherwise.

Six months ago I upped my twice a week visits to three times a week. I still have a long way to go to get completely fit but after 17 months I ain't stopping. Biggest thing is that the changes are glacial and don't happen overnight but if you pay close attention you will notice all kinds of small and rather exciting changes to your body. Bottom line, if your knocking around the idea of attending/learning pilates, do it, and give TEHILA a call as she is the perfect teacher to guide you.

My husband and I decided to give ourselves the gift of health last Christmas. Over a year later, and we still get a neuromuscular massage once a month. It has been the best gift. Keith is a great listener and concentrates on the underlying issues of chronic pain and discomfort. He is very professional. I highly recommend Tahila's.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Keith at Tehila's Pilates is nothing short of a HEALER. The massage and neuromuscular therapy he offers is like medicine! I've been going to Keith for the last two years anytime I feel misaligned or in pain. And I don't plan to stop anytime soon. His bodywork is part of how I maintain my physical (and psychological!) health.

Started seeing Keith after a fall and pain that would not go away. Now my massages with him are a part of my routine for staying healthy and happy. Professional, caring and knowledgeable. The best gift I've ever given myself.

I feel terrible that it's taken me this long to write a review. I've been going to Tehila's Pilates classes regularly for a year and a half and I can't say enough about it. I always thought of Pilates as something celebrities and housewives did between their morning latte and afternoon of leisure but I knew Tehila to be an authentic person and trusted her enough to check it out. I started due to pain from accidents, having 2 kids knock things out of whack, my less than ideal diet that had me feeling blah bc I'm also not in my 20s anymore. Tehila promised pilates is what I needed and she was right.

Since starting, I've learned about my body and how to build strength to better carry it and recover things that are not aligned (unlike what I see at a regular gym or the cross fit craze). It alleviates my pain and has never caused me to be sore or even sweat. Recently I've taken a few classes with Jen as well and her Trio class is challenging and more rigorous- I may have sweat a little.

Tehila is very in tune with each of her clients in the sessions and challenges each of us uniquely. I've always been pretty active with sports and exercise but never done anything this consistently. My activity level waned for the past 5 years or so until this. It is gentle, therapeutic and lasting. The atmosphere is inviting and not pretentious.

Additionally, I see Keith for massage and he is the best for treating your ailments. The combo of pilates and massage is great.

I almost forgot to mention the app! I schedule all my classes on the app and it's so easy to use. If you go to a chiropractor for anything, I'm certain you can save the co-pay and Tehila's will get you back into good health in no time.

I had been doing mat pilates for 8years in the UK before I came to Tehila's Studio in November 2014. I must say I was rather nervous about using the equipment, but after 3 one to one sessions with Tehila, I quickly became familiar with using the reformer safely, and in addition, Tehila worked out an individual programme for my particular issues. I then joined her her small group classes (no more than 5- but usually 3 people), following my programme with close supervision and adjustments from Tehila. (This was another first for me - in the past I had been in classes of 16 or more, with little or no personal attention).
I love coming to these classes. I have been encouraged to take responsibility for my exercises
- which means that I can pay attention to posture and movement outside of the classes. I also feel that I have a better awareness of my body and what movements help me, and what puts strain on my muscles.
I am really so impressed with Tehila and her ideas. The studio is always spotless, and there is a great atmosphere - supportive and fun.
My problem now is where to go to match this fabulous experience when I return to the UK....

Tehila's is a wonderful space for so many reasons!

I've been attending pilates classes with Tehila for a little more than 6 months now. In this short timeframe, I've learned much about my body that I didn't realize before, including how I compensate for weaknesses here and there by overcompensating elsewhere. While I'm certainly still learning Pilates, I enjoy and look forward to the challenge. Tehila is a wonderful Pilates teacher. She challenges and pushes you to better, suggesting different postures and tools to help you explore your own personal range and to challenge yourself for more.

Keith offers neuromuscular massage, the perfect solution for someone that sits behind a laptop for many hours a day. I look forward to sessions with Keith. While we joke that I may be sore the night of massage, the next day I feel so much more relaxed and at ease. He's always careful to check in during massage to ensure that pressure and intensity aren't too much or need to be increased and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene.

Tehila's is also a space for the community. I've attended an herbalism for pets class that I thoroughly enjoyed (and learned a lot from) and look forward to events in the future.

Check Tehila's out! I'm sure you'll find something just right!
