Ken 's Fitness & Nutrition has helped me learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. I started training about 6 months ago. I have lost 25lbs and still training. It is a lifestyle change!

Ken is an amazing trainer. I have been working him for 2 months and have lost 22lbs. I came in not being able to run and little by little he got me running 1 mile in 22 minutes. He has your interest in mind and will push you to get stronger and fit! He helped me focus on what i can do for myself and not what i can't! Thanks Ken for your coaching!

I've been going to Ken for about a month. I started when I saw the positive results my wife was getting, and she had started only a month earlier. After years of putting things off or coming up w/excuses, I've found someone who took the time to motivate and encourage me to keep going and to keep getting better.

Ken's services are top notch, and his prices more than reasonable, with no long-term contracts. You won't be disappointed if you're serious about making a lifestyle change.

Ken is hands down the best personal trainer in Jax. Been going to Ken's Fitness for 2 months now. And currently still going 3 days a week. I'm now  down 19 pounds now and still going strong. My goal is to lose 100 pounds with Ken. So if your serious about losing weight and being a healthier person.  Come on down to Ken's. **Prices are Cheap and Affordable**

Going to Ken's Fitness and Nutrition has been a life changing experience. I was in a really bad car accident in 2013. I had a broken leg, my knee was shattered, and I was told I might not walk again. I had three surgeries and went to physical therapy for 2 months. I went from being in a wheel chair, to crutches, to learning how to walk again. When I walked it was with a limp; after many years I accepted the fact that I would always walk with a limp. In May 2018, I decided to give Ken's Fitness and Nutrition a try to lose weight. Not only have I lost over 20 pounds but in less than two months I was walking without a limp. My family saw my progress and the great work Ken had done and many of them decided to train with him also. My children, my mom, my sisters and even cousins train with him. If you are looking for results and a lifestyle change, Ken's Fitness and Nutrition is definitely the place. Best trainer ever. His prices are the best in Jacksonville and he is passionate about what he does.

My 9yr old son started with Ken December 2017. Our initial goal was to work on his speed and agility however, after taking Ken's advice he was able to help my son lose 9 pounds. In addition to the weight loss my son has been able to perform better on the football/baseball field, increase speed/agility as well build up his endurance. My son looks forward to his twice a week sessions with Ken. I would highly recommend his services.

Ken had been my trainer now for 3 months and although I'm not always a consistent trainee he is always consistent. He is positive about my able to work harder even when I don't believe it. He is motivation to show up to a training session and give it everything I got. I use to be that person who yo-yo diet; I would go to the gym off and on then quit. Well, 3 months ago all that changed and let me end this by saying that, ''I'm glad Ken is on my team. I have 50 more pounds to go and I hope to see you all there.

Ken puts the "personal" in personal trainer. I've been going to Ken's Fitness & Nutrition Center for about 30 days now and I've gained 6 pounds in muscle. I do 45 minute sessions twice a week and Ken always switches up the work out and pushes me into reaching new heights. He has a great knowledge base and always recommends how to continue to stay in shape and eat right even when I'm outside of the studio. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a dedicated instructor at a great price! Thank you for everything Ken!

Ken helped me lose 66 pounds with the majority of it being within the first 5 months! Almost 5 years later, the weight is still off and he is constantly checkng on me and keeping me motivated. Not to mention, his prices are affordable and the BEST prices in Jacksonville!!!
