Theyll get you to your peak fitness levels

Best personal and group training you will get. Eric's knowledge and experience for overall health and fitness will help you achieve your personal goals. Not only is he a stickler for good form but he's also big on mobility. Our workouts include barbells, kettle bells, body weight and mobility drills. I could never imagine going back to a globo gym or HIIT facility. I highly recommend this gym whether you are an experienced athlete or have never worked out a day in your life.

Peak Fitness Jax is a great gym. You can participate in the classes or have private training. Eric Redding has been training me for over a year and I could not be happier. There are lots of options for training. Eric makes sure we work on not only strength but also conditioning and mobility. You will get the whole package when you train here! He is now training me for my 3rd Powerlifting event.

Eric is awesome! A great place to get a great workout. All workouts are able to be modified to fit each persons fitness level. Eric is great a teaching proper technique to avoid injury. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
