Bobby was amazing! Super high energy and very helpful through out the entire class. I loved how the class had a diverse group of people there. It was actually my first time going & I was very nervous at first. But Bobby and everyone else were extremely welcoming and I felt right at home!
Great workout. Very spacious. They mix things up well. Boxing rounds go quickly and love (and hate) the core round.
Take it seriously and you will see results quick. I lost 68 pounds in 8 months. Love this place!

It's the only workout that I haven't gotten bored from and keeps me motivated to come back again and again. The classes are intense and fun! The trainers know their stuff. Treadmill, free weights and medicine balls available for workouts between classes. Staff is friendly and great and you can't beat a Free water bottle for checking in on FB.
It was definitely a place for training and encouraging to the fact of starter and getting better with boxing combos. I recommend it for any1 to try it out
