This is a great place to work out. It does not get crowded like most gym, it is very clean and the staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. It feels like one big family. Plus they have many events for members to join.... more

Good gym, but the owner is a thief. They "bought" out my contract from my old gym that went out of business. I guess that means its okay for them to charge me without contacting me AND they charged me at a higher rate than the price they advertise.... more

Coach Steve is a very old school trainer. But that's what so good about the gym. By far the best gym in Lee county. There's multiple things to use in the gym to train yourself to be a better boxer.... more
