Coach Steve is a very old school trainer. But that's what so good about the gym. By far the best gym in Lee county. There's multiple things to use in the gym to train yourself to be a better boxer. Monthly fees are not expensive compared to other gyms. And there's also quite a few experienced boxers in there willing to help teach u to become a better boxer. But you really need to prove yourself. You gotta prove you have the drive to become great or no one will waste there time with you.

So I am going to be completely honest. I don't understand this place. I paid fifty dollars to join up and I went there about four times before quitting and the crook who owns the place had no trouble keeping my money. I really made an effort, and poured sweat in that sauna he calls a "boxing gym" and all the owner does is sit at his desk with his feet up, making terrible jokes and complaining about how modern boxers box differently from old fashioned boxers. I received three minutes of boxing instruction from another student. One who I never actually saw box. Very little boxing actually goes on. I don't know the rules about it. There is a ring, and some students have boxed in it. Some student's have totally bogarted it. But often the ring sits empty while the students endlessly hit old punching bags and jump rope. That is basically what you will be doing here. Save yourself some money and buy those things yourself and do them in air conditioning.
so that is basically it. If you join you won't know wth is going on and all you'll be doing is punching bags and jumping rope.
ps, boxing is not a science. science has duplicatable results.
