Fun, fast, and fit! Stop in to see Bobby and the gang. Really great programming following Thanksgiving to accommodate any level athlete. Very impressed with the capacity and capability of this box. Members are super friendly and make sure to leave your name on the guest board! I look forward to visiting this box again in the near future for level 1 certification or a competition. Thanks again!
Challenging yet attainable workouts. Open, friendly atmosphere. Coaches are motivating and helpful. There is more than a gym feel but more like a family atmosphere, all are welcome no matter where you are in your fitness path!
CrossFit Salvation is a perfect fit for me and my lifestyle. I decided to try Salvation because the timing of classes and proximity to my house worked well for my busy schedule. Although those factors still hold true, what I found at the gym was much more than an efficient workout. The members and the coaches were very welcoming to me; it's an inclusive group. It's great to a part of a diverse base of members at Salvation. Some folks come training to compete, some come just to improve their overall health; regardless, everyone is positive and supportive. Highly recommend this gym, even if you've never done CrossFit or are just starting out on your fitness journey.

There are truly no words that can describe how this place makes you feel. Crossfit Salvation is more than a gym or a box, it's a family that sees you through every workout til the end. The amount of confidence you gain from seeing the workout and thinking "there's no way..." and then walking out at the end saying "HELL YEAH, I did that!" is invaluable. Coaches are FANTASTIC, there is ZERO drama, and I've made friends for life! Try it out, you will not be disappointed!

I was looking for something more than a commercial gym with machines and aerobics classes and found that at Crossfit Salvation. The coaches give you one-on-one attention and you'll be surprised at how much you'll learn in a short time. From day one I was treated like family - there's no "gym-timidation." I look forward to coming in every day and working on myself.
When i first walked into a crossfit gym not going to lie... I was intimidated. Three years later, it was the best decision me and my wife made! Everybody here was so welcoming and over the years the friends we made became family. We push each other to the max and during the workouts nobody finishes until we all finish. Crossfit Salvation is somewhere you go to lay out everything you have to only pick yourself back up and do it all over again the next day. I highly suggest you stop in and see what Crossfit Salvation has to offer. YOU WONT REGRET IT!
Came down here for vacation for last 2 weeks and decided I was going to stop in for workouts during the morning class. the facility is much bigger than other crossfit gyms and they have all the equipment you need. the coaches and owners are amazing, very friendly, welcoming and motivating. The rest of the community is very welcoming as well.
whether your a resident or here on vacation you will not find a better gym to workout at. I will for sure return everytime I'm back here in cape coral.
Stopped in for a run, climb, run workout. There was no b.s. at this gym just get in and get sweating. Great place friendly staff. I would recommend anyone down for vacation to check this place out!
I have been going for just over a month now and I would have to say that this is a family atmosphere. The owners and instructors have been very helpful and willing to work with you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent place to train with trained coaches
I was so nervous to join crossfit I put it off for so long n after joining Salvation I realized how silly I was being, the coaches are phenomenal, & very patient, the athletes that go here are also welcoming, & helpful, it's really one of the most motivating places, so greatful to be apart of this place!
I went to this gym for a year while i lived in Cape coral before I moved to Port Charlotte. They have amazing staff, great equipment, they play awesome tunes, and the vibe of the people is unbelievable! Loved my experience and it broke my heart to leave. If you are looking to drop in, want a different exercise experience, or are new to the area and need an amazing fitfam please check this place out. You will be happy you did! All the love in my heart goes to the people there

In my opinion, this is the CrossFit to be at! Largest facility in Cape Coral with professional friendly mentors. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Tim and Lauren are the owners and they treat everyone with respect and take the time to help you get a plan that is right for you. Plenty of weight, space, and coach's! Highly recommend.
