Great gym with no wait time for equipment.
Wonderful place, very clean, great equipment, fantastic owners. We use it only one week a year, as we are visitors, at the time. We wish they were in our area.
H&S is a good local gym.
Mike certainly runs and maintains this establishment very well.
There are plenty of machines and the environment is clean and organized.
Well worth the investment in your personal health and well being.

Perfect gym for locals and visitors alike. My husband and I came to Cape Coral on vacation this past week. I have a serious strength and cardio training regiment at home and I always look for a local gym to join to get my daily fix. I enjoy working out at a gym where people are friendly, enjoy helping others, and are also serious about their fitness goals. I joined Health and Strength gym for the week and couldn't have been happier. The gym is loaded with equipment and had an exercise classroom that I used to jump rope in. I found myself losing track of time and spending a couple hours a day here. Mike and Carol, the owners, were incredibly friendly and helpful if I was looking for a particular type of machine or just wanted to try out a new pre-workout mix. If you needed to, you could get in and out fast, but I found the gym family vibe to be infectious. A couple of the gym regulars helped me come up with new ways to target particular muscle groups when my regular equipment wasn't available. I highly recommend this gym for anyone from fitness newbie to gym junkie.
Excellent gym, had to cancel membership since I left area and Mike took care of it with no issues and even followed up with me - that's the way it's supposed to be done! Professional and no stress. If I am back in the area I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking for a gym in which the owner cares about you.

Ruined two 18 year old young boys lifes after selling them dangerous hormones and tell them its not dangerous. Hope Mike can live with exploiting them and severly damage their health, all just to make a couple of extra bucks. You must be a special kind of evil to do this. I needed a place to work out while staying in Cape Coral. Happily I found this gym. It had all the equipment you could ever need for a work out. Machines and free weights. Exelent staff and great atmosphere.

I was a former member awhile back Anita who works at the front desk was so rude she would kick people out 20 min before closing and when doing cardio I could hear her talk about other members like they were garbage
Compared to other local corporately owned gyms, Health and Strength is by far the best. Friendly and helpful staff and equipped with everything a gym needs with both machine and free weights for every area of the body. Fellow members are courteous and rerack weights to their appropriate places. Good people, good atmosphere, no headaches.

Great gym, doesn't give me anxiety like others and I love that I can do month to month payments. The owners are so so so nice and very fair.
Best GYM in town. Customer service is the greatest. Owners are very nice individuals. They are always on top of every machine. Always clean and ready to use.

I would recommend to anyone who asked me for a quality, great priced facility to work out at.
I thought of joining. No contracts but I was told first and last months dues are due at signup. I have to prepay 2 months plus a joining fee, I don't understand why? If I decide the gyms not for me after a week or so what happens to the other few weeks I paid for? I have joined gyms for years in many parts of the country, I don't ever recall this type of payment. Perhaps the person I spoke with wasn't up to speed on the gyms signup policies. Seems quite odd
This is a good gym, it doesn't get crowded, there's excellent equipment, and it's affordable. However, I'm quite disappointed that the gym closed way earlier than advertised on the website yesterday (Saturday 05-27-17). There was no message or notification that hours were going to change for memorial weekend before hand. Really messed up my and training partner's routine.
All in all it is a good gym but a bit unreliable. Communication to it's members could improve.
