Very spacious, full of cross fit equipment, coaches is A - okay. One of the student coach I like left, but bonus one other coach know signs. This environment are for someone who are a pro with cross fit and if you are a newbie and have zero clue of cross fit, good luck cause this class is fast paced.... more
Rhonda's 6 am class is literally the best cycling class in the city. Her play lists are mixes of old and new, but always with a positive message. She's a very experience instructor, which definitely comes through in her coaching.... more
The studio needs better ventilation. It started to become hard to breathe like there wasn't enough oxygen circulating in the studio. I had to step out to the back and catch some air and then return to the class a few times to avoid passing out.... more

Only a couple of teachers here are good , the rest are very commercialized. They do not fix you, they do not show you what the right position is supposed to be like, they just talk like a machine.... more

We were scheduled to be in a 5:15 hot vinyasa class. When I arrived , the doors were locked with not a person in site for the 15 minutes thereafter that we waited. The site specifically says that they do not mind necessaroly if you are up to 15 minutes late for the class.... more
