The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the nail tech and masseuse were very kind. But as for the actual massage and manicure, 1 star. My masseuse used a TON of massage oil then then his elbow was directly on my spine 3 times.... more

The gym is a "hidden gem" in Dupont Circle. Small but has everything you need. Off-peak hours discount avail.. The whole gym will be yours if you go before 4pm. Ms. Howell is really nice.... more
Pros: great staff, friendly atmosphere, super clean facilities, welcoming to newbies. Cons: @CabinJohn no shower; makes it difficult to balance classes with work schedule. We went to this facility because I was looking for more information about swimming lessons for my children, but when I arrived I went to the reception to ask for information, this lady treated me like I was asking for free I was speaking to her in English and she was acting like she doesn't understand English this is racism I want to let you know that if I looking for it is because I have the money to pay you need to look for people who want to work if I could put 0 stars I would leave them a bad experience.... more
