I've had gym memberships all over Greenwich and Stamford , and Heavy Hitting Boxing & Fitness is BY FAR my favorite gym. I found the other gyms to be highly commercial and impersonal, and after the initial sales pitch it seemed as if the staff really didn't care much about you at all--only your money.... more
It's such a rare find to get affordable care for my athletic feet. The treatment simply improved my work outs and dance moves. It got me back up and moving again; I plan to continue the strenghtening strategies and classes to promote less injuries in my exercise routines.... more

My 5 and 2 years old are enjoying the pool. Nice place. Place itself is ok: gym, sauna and pool are of a good quality - all I needed there. But sales/management staff is sneaky: water in the pool is indeed salty but there is still a lot of chlorine ; my membership fee raised with no extra notice about it.... more
For the amount of money they charge it is absurd that they do not enforce re racking weights and equipment. Why even re-rack their weights if they aren't even risking penalizacion? It's not their problem.... more

Great Yoga instructors, nice clean, around the corner parking , friendly staff juice bar, pool, lockers you name it awesome place to get your work out.. Average LA Fitness. They have an indoor pool which is very dark and very warm.... more
This gym is awesome. No matter how packed the parking lot is, the gym is always fine. A good amount of traffic and you rarely wait for a machine. Almost feel bad about leaving a good review I don't want this place to get too full hahah.... more
They lost their best instructor and the place has just gone downhill.. The staff here are exceptional, they are attentive, supportive and experts in their field. This is the best pilates studio in Stamford!... more
One of the better Planet fitness to go to. I didn't notice one out of order sign.. This is a great gym and you could get a nice work out in.The staff is very helpful. The one con is I just wish it was cleaner.... more
