I can't say enough about this program. Haylin, Dan and Pat have thought of it all! From the individualized workout programs each client receives to the 30 day trial period. This business is founded on solid principles and personal integrity. What I love about the program is it is personalized attention executed with a small group. I am finding it just as effective as one on one training with the bonus of connecting with others around the same age. The atmosphere is comfortable and the trainers are approachable and focused on your individual needs- albeit knee replacement restrictions or a back in spasm-they will get you back on track and feeling good! You have nothing to lose, literally-try them out!

Wanted to go to a fitness center that had experienced trainers, did not feel like fashion show, and focused on people my age (50+). This is the place. They keep me accountable and focused on staying in shape. Feels comfortable and never stressful. I highly recommend Core Principles.

I came to Core Principles because i needed a jump start to get stronger and feel better. I liked the small group approach. My plan was to give it a try for a month and I have been coming for 10 months!

I have been extremely happy with the program. I love that it changes during the week and after 4 weeks. The trainers are great and very helpful in making sure you are doing the movements properly. I feel much stronger and healthier. Great experience!

I am so glad I took the leap and signed up to take semi-private classes for 50+ at this wonderful gym. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable and caring. My growth has been spectacular! I have met so many interesting people, and never thought I would enjoy working out so much.

I first became interested in core principles by my co-worker, who looked amazing after working out there for 6 months. My hesitancy was that I wanted to be sure that the trainers were well qualified as I had lower back problems in the past, did not want to risk exercising on my own, or get hurt from trainers who did not understand my issues.
I am now on my eighth month working out 4 days a week, and feel stronger and feel better every day. I attribute this to not only my dedication to working out, but the hands on assistance I receive from my trainers when I am there.
In addition, I had very little idea how poor my eating habits were, but received guidance and a plan as to how to improve it.
Lastly, I am impressed with the progress I see from the other people who have been coming to the gym, proving that anyone can improve, you just have to want to.

A wonderful workout program. As 60 year old I have tried my share. This is the best. Just finishing my first 45 Days and have really enjoy it plus amazing results.

Ok training, seriously rigid pricing options. After 18 months of going to the gym, a 20-25 drive, I found a gym closer to home. When I notified the gym that my billing cycle was coming to a end and I would be changing gyms, the owner proceeded to bill me for leaving for an additional 2 weeks of training, turning what had been mostly a positive experience into a very negative one for me. Friends I had referred to the gym, left due to the rigid pricing too.

I have worked with many trainers and have to say that I am impressed with the program Core Principles offers. I love that the workouts are customized to meet your objectives, that there is emphasis on proper form , and that the routines change up regularly for progressive results.
Pleasant environment. Very friendly people.

I joined Core Principles group training class a few months ago and this is one of the first fitness places I have stuck with. 1) the coaches push you through encouragement which really helps you reach your goals 2) the focus is on proper technique to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout and that you don't injure yourself. 3) Their is variety from class to class but consistency week to week which helps you see your personal gains throughout the month without getting bored. I can't recommend Core Principles enough if you are looking for a new place to train. You'll see the gains you are looking for and make some friends along the way!

Working out with Core Principles and being a part of their community has had a positive impact on my life not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. Last year, I continued to train with them during my entire pregnancy. I was in great shape and felt safe the whole time. (I truly believe my easy pregnancy and delivery was because of my working with them!) Rachel and Haylin are truly experts and are not your stereotypical trainers. They create programs specifically tailored to your needs and help you achieve amazing things.

This place does a good job of mixing up workouts so you're not going through the same mundane routine everyday. The trainers there also push you to make sure you're challenging yourself instead of going through the motions. They also cultivate a friendly and informative learning environment.
