Place is decent, never very crowded, nice people, plenty of weights, building needs work. Go somewhere else if you need a pool for lap swimming. They keep it way too hot, and cater to seniors who do aqua aerobics 3x/week. Checked today with a digital thermometer and it was 90, that is stifling for swimming and borderline unhealthy. Management understands and wish they could help, but their hands are tied by the church, who own the place.

I spoke with Glenn on the phone and I really got the feeling that he cares. I'm helping my friend find the best gym in his area so I'm going to recommend that he try it out.
This place is a true Community Center and is actually part of the Greek Orthodox community in town. It's a large structure with a well-kept indoor pool as well as a full-size gym for basketball. It's a pretty good value compared to other local health clubs.

Unbelievably clean and very quiet gym, has all the amenities stations and equipment necessary. Great yoga classes and full court gym. The people at the front desk are always very friendly and the members at the gym are kind, quiet and respectful.
