I organized a private birthday party. The set up was amazing, complete with water, mini cupcakes, decorations, and a non alcoholic sparkling champagne to toast the birthday girl. Everyone had a great time and the instructor was great!.... more

The structure of the program makes the workouts palatable. Time goes by quickly which is a plus since exercise on a treadmill or rower can be monotonous. The tempo of the workouts, variety and level of excitement kept me coming back!.... more

Great gym. The owner has been training kids and adults his entire life. He has incredible passion for his gym, which has been there for years..When I told my friend Marty that I wanted to go to a MMA mixed martial arts gym to train and get back into shape the first thing he said was; "Call Calasanz Martinez, the man has a gift that the commercial glitzy fancy places cannot compete with" Boy was he right! There are professional fighters, Men and Women boxers, Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Karate for adults and children, models, and regular people like myself looking to get into the best shape of their lives, I personally recommend one on one Street Fighter Classes.... more

Great gym. Real training like how it should be. Reminds me of a place in Philly or New York. Calasanz brings great vibe and attitude towards each person. Recommend to anyone who is not looking to spend a FORTUNE at other corporate fancy gyms when the real training is done in here where the trainers can work with you closely one on one.... more

Great service and equipments.Great service and equipments.A 24-hour gym is pretty awesome already. But exchanges with the office staff have been off-putting. In a nutshell I was rudely confronted about entering the gym through the wrong entrance no courtesy or respect was offered to me as a paying member just an accusatory offensive tone from this woman gargoyle guarding the doors.... more
