A 24-hour gym is pretty awesome already. But exchanges with the office staff have been off-putting. In a nutshell I was rudely confronted about entering the gym through the wrong entrance (which has since been blocked off) no courtesy or respect was offered to me as a paying member just an accusatory offensive tone from this woman gargoyle guarding the doors... Imagine my disbelief when I witness other members letting non-members in with no such confrontation. I avoid the staff. They are Not pleasant at all.

Moved away 18 months ago and they say they'll stop billing me but don't. Even cancelled the credit card but they are legally allowed to go the the bank and ask for the new card number. Feel free to join here but you'll be paying for it the rest of our life. Edit: It was my wife's account and I have no interest in ever dealing with this place again.

I love this place. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gym is private and open 24/ hours. All my health questions are always answered by the trainers.

60 a month for a 500 sqft gym. I was told I don't want a monthly plan because it would cost alot more and it would be 55 to join. Little did I know it's was that much every month. Going to la. Fitness. Hell, any other gym is a better deal then this one.

The gym was okay, but if you ever have to cancel your membership don't count on it. They will tell you to email them your cancellation in writing and then never reply back. I called about this and was reassured that my account was canceled on December 1st when I wrote the email but low and behold a few months later I am still being charged. I call the financial company who direct me to call the club. I have called the club three times since then and receive the same answer that they will cancel ASAP and send me a confirmation email with the same result. My membership is never canceled, I never receive an email, and I continue to get billed. The manager I talked with on the phone was frustrated and rude, because I continued to call him about the issue. I needed to actually block the financial company and put in a claim through my bank. The Problem still has not been fully resolved. After reading other reviews I see this has happened before. I strongly caution you from applying for a membership at this gym!!!!!!

I have been a member at a few different health clubs and it was so refreshing to go through the membership sign up process at Anytime. The membership salesperson was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. They were not pushy at all. Very clean , very friendly and extremely convenient!
