Visited a great newer studio today in Norwalk, conveniently located with plenty of parking on Main Street. The practice was a generous 75 minutes in a warm (99degrees, hot ?) room of a highly thoughtful and comprehensive series of flows based on vinyasa with the focused breathing but without the routine of Sun As/SunB's. Emphasis was on working to your ability with challenge poses suggested. Recommend the studio for those looking for a mindful physical conditioning and leaving you invigorated for the rest of your day.
