Great quality and varied class offerings, and instructors have the flexibility to create and play with their own, unique class flow - I especially enjoy when instructors infuse a little more intensity of posture+breath from Hatha/Ashtanga practices ! Visited while travelling through. I have never been to a gym this big that also has that small gym feel. The front desk isn't immediately trying to get you to pay a drop in, and they don't make you wear "their" gi's.... more

This studio is wonderful. Katie is a great yoga teacher. Her Vinyasa class is great for all types of yogis. She is great at explaining steps simply yet in detail so it is easy to follow along and she will make suggestions along the way for all level types in the room.... more
