Great personal training gym for group or one on one training. Probably the most knowledgeable staff in Visalia. Highly recommend getting training here if you're a beginner all the way up to an advanced competitor.... more

I like the indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean. Friendly staff. Regular people work there, not just a bunch of muscle heads. The staff is like you and me. We are all just looking for a safe place to work out.... more
The club is nice and the employees are courteous. The set-up of club is perfect I have a lot of options.. Pretty nice staff. Towels provided. Great pool area. They say hi and bye but I hate the way the kids get away with anything in the pool area all summer.... more
