Michelle, Jeannie, Kylie and Jenn are all incredible instructors with so much knowledge and care. They will take the time to make sure your're doing this correctly to avoid injury, and just know how to move your body properly! I'm new to Pilates and I feel like they've taught me so much in a few short weeks! First class I was dead on my feet, now about 6 weeks later, I'm pumped to get there everyday.... more

Very nice gym.. keep up the great job. I primarily do weightlifting and this place is pretty great for that. Usually not super crowded, and 99% of the time I can get a bench or squat rack.... more
I tried this class out about a year ago I paid for one day..this class will kick ur butt if u want a good hour of what they offer. I liked it very much but I was new and the instructor was not very helpful.... more
I like the indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean. Friendly staff. Regular people work there, not just a bunch of muscle heads. The staff is like you and me. We are all just looking for a safe place to work out.... more
The club is nice and the employees are courteous. The set-up of club is perfect I have a lot of options.. Pretty nice staff. Towels provided. Great pool area. They say hi and bye but I hate the way the kids get away with anything in the pool area all summer.... more
