hands down best MMA training around, great coaches, great with kids, and a great family environment.
My son was being extremely bullied in school. He began jui jitsu. Mark was exceptional with my son in teaching him the soul and spirit of Jui-Jitsu. My son gained confidence and composure. He did not start fights but from his learning this art, he was able to quickly submit an opponent when faced with danger.
