What an experience! You pay 30USD for one class and get shoes, fiji water and a towel included. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The class was cool and challenging, for my taste the music/microphone was a bit too loud.... more
Definitely not going back. The facility is clean, classes are decent, equipment is modern, but for the price, one would expect more courteous/ professional staff.. Nicer and much cleaner than Corte Madera.... more
Awesome instructors and classes! I love spinning classes, especially with Carl and flexline classes are the best workout classes I've found in the city so far.. I think these guys are the example for other gyms and fitness centers.... more
I go there every day to swim and work out in the weight room. Wonderful facilities.. Good place to work out. If you live within their local zone 15 day passes are good for the year and only a little north of $100 for half that at 55+ for a sweet early senior discount.... more
I dropped in to use the bike on my vacation, as our hotel did not have a gym. The kind front desk staff just let me work out for free! The place is clean and well stocked with towels and nice change rooms.... more
Good gym. I do my cardio here. There is WiFi and free towels. A solid gym. Easy to get in and out. That's important to me. It's not the most exciting gym, rather the opposite, but who cares.... more
I basically live in lululemon and generally order online. My most recent experience trying to return a Christmas gift was awful. I was told I could not return for a store credit or gift card but had to choose either to return the funds the the gift givers credit card or decide what item I wanted to exchange the gift for immediately.... more

Really horrible customer service and hospitality. They have a consultant working the desk who is rude and completely lacks hospitality. You would expect that they would train "consultants" who are working on the business side on how to interact with yoga customers.... more

This facility is excellent, it was lovely when it first opened - the variety & the quality of classes was unparalleled, and the studio had a really welcoming community atmosphere. Unfortunately after a few years it changed drastically - the instructors were changing all the time, most who left shared that it was not a great place to work.... more

It is a nice place to workout. The Richmond District YMCA is the first gym I've actually enjoyed going to. I feel completely comfortable working out here. I haven't had the chance to try out other locations, but this particular branch puts on great classes and the instructors are all very talented.... more
