A hidden Gem in the Castro. It is kept very clean, and never really crowded. Staff members are always pleasant to talk to.. I love it here! They have an 830 class that is perfect for me, the instructors are friendly motivating and ensure the proper posture, and the classes are so different that it keeps me engaged.... more

Our gang really loves the impressive line up in the Speaker Series located at the JCC.. I like the new theater here a lot. The only drawback is that it is so far away from the East Bay, but other than that I like seeing performances here.... more

This place is decent. The front staff is very friendly but one particular personal trainer red had the audacity to come up and harass me about my water bottle. It is a glass water bottle but the way she went by it was wrong especially because she has seen me bring it to the gym for a whole month and never said anything.... more
