The community is great and filled with positive vibes.Love this place!! 2 years + and going strong.Last thursday the phone rang at my business and it was Ashley Moraes the manager of Crossfit Horsepower wanting us to come to her business to give an estimate , ours to be one of numerous estimates looking for the best price , she was informed that we were booked solid and we could get out sometime next week , she persisted and Roxanne told her she would check to see if we could fit her in the next day,,on the morning of the next day Ashley Moraes called to see if we could fit her in with an appointment that day and she was told that we were booked up and the earliest we could get out was next week , Ashley Moraes then stated she would have to find someone else to do it.... more

Excellent instructors. I feel energized and well worked out when I leave. I always do a cryo session afterwards across the street which is perfect. Upper pier ave is becoming Health Ave with the solution drips, source cafe, True North Cryo and Bikram.... more

Great location. Please keep coffee out all day! PS: Mold is back in showers and at bathing suit dryer. I mentioned this a few months ago to front desk....Pool closed for reconstruction till mid December.... more
