I had a great time dropping in at CrossFit AVA from out of town today. Top Notch facility, experienced coaches, and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend!. To call this place a DUMP! Is an insult to DUMPS. The club, in my opinion, is a financial fraud if you join believing its a health club. The history is shocking, including the over $18,000 per month they must pay past members was are disabled.... more
