DOWN 100 POUNDS THANKS TO KS FITNESS!!!! AND STILL GOING!!!! Kadeem never let me gave up on me no matter how many times I wanted to give up on myself!! I am so happy he didn't because I am so much stronger mentally and physically now and so much happier!!! Feeling better at 40 then I did at 30!!! I had a great time dropping in at CrossFit AVA from out of town today. Top Notch facility, experienced coaches, and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend!. While I truly like this, I got an infection twice being there, so I can't do it continually as they want you to do! The place is clean to the eye, but not clean enough for my body - body knows best in this case how clean a place is.... more

It was fun for when I went. Fell on hardships and needed to leave the state, I called to cancel membership and apparently they have ignored 1) when I called, and 2&3 when they called me to collect my bill and told them I was no longer in the state.... more

To call this place a DUMP! Is an insult to DUMPS. The club, in my opinion, is a financial fraud if you join believing its a health club. The history is shocking, including the over $18,000 per month they must pay past members was are disabled.... more
