DOWN 100 POUNDS THANKS TO KS FITNESS!!!! AND STILL GOING!!!! Kadeem never let me gave up on me no matter how many times I wanted to give up on myself!! I am so happy he didn't because I am so much stronger mentally and physically now and so much happier!!! Feeling better at 40 then I did at 30!!! While I truly like this, I got an infection twice being there, so I can't do it continually as they want you to do! The place is clean to the eye, but not clean enough for my body - body knows best in this case how clean a place is.... more
