Staff is friendly and welcoming. Mechanism is good but more dumbbells are needed. The pool, spa, and steam room smell like chlorine and the scenes are always discouraging. Good basketball court and the cardio equipment is good too!

Austin is a great trainer! Asked me about goals in mind, gave me new exercises to try and offered great advice. He was very patient and took a sincere interest in my long term goals and outside the gym sports/activities, and ways to improve them.
Overall it's a great gym!!
(Little things, wished the headphone Jack's for the TV's worked on the bikes and treadmills, and wish they wouldn't occasionally run out of soap and paper towels)

Great gym with a large selection of machines. They recently added and tire flip station, which is really exciting. Around 4-6pm this place can get a bit packed though so I would plan to go there outside of those times.

I came over from Chuze and its a MAJOR downgrade. The fact that Im paying 20+ dollars more and I feel this way should speak volumes . The employees were nowhere to be found. The locker rooms are disgusting as was most of the facility. Im trying to figure out what I am paying extra for. I miss Chuze and am canceling and going back ASAP.

I have never been to a gym that's so dirty.they run out of soap,dust is stacked up on window ledges,ceiling etc etc..all machines are sticky full of sweat,men are drying their private parts on the hand blowers and staff don't tell them nothing.,tons of hair and dirt on floor mats etc etc

This gym is ok, gets the job done but equipment is out dated(bars have no grip, bent dumbbells) for the germaphobe, avoid the bathroom. Currently my home gym but travel to others as much as possible.

Horrible gym needs 2 be remodeled Sauna and steam room. The steam gets you sick and the 2 rooms never get cleaned.

Parking is free. Staff is friendly. Machines are generally functional, most of the cardio equipment is good. Class options are very limited. Place is not clean, often see trash like used paper towels or protein bar wrappers on the floor by the weights and machines. Weights are often not re-stacked and left on the floor. Showers are really old and often dirty. I have heard of several peoples' lockers getting broken into and car keys stolen, along with the cars.

I have been a member for more than 5 years.
today i brought 2 of my friends with me to this 24 fitness, and a "Morris" the receptionist he wouldnt let them in, claiming that the employee who is responsible of guests he is not available, (this is not the first time i bring guests with me and i know how guests can sign in on the system and just go in)
Morris ended up kicking the guests out and threating me that he will call the cops because guests are not allowed and this is tresspassing, "i will cancel your membership" he added!!
This is how your customers should be treated?!
This is bullsh!t!

One of the bigger 24 hours fitness facilities. Staff is super friendly. Plenty of machines / workout equipment. Locker room facilities a bit on the dirty side but what 24 isn't.
They have a basketball court and pool here.

Ive never been when its not crowded. Its always been a struggle to pick up a great workout. The large amount of equipment makes it a bit easier.

I like the gym floor no issues. I'm not too picky, but if I had one complaint it would be the locker/shower/bathroom areas. It needs to be upgraded/remodeled. Often the sinks have problems draining. There is often a urinal and shower out of the order. You need to bring your own soap just in case because they are often out of soap in the shower stalls. Not sure why they don't just fill it up everyday to avoid the issue. Also on two occasions within my first month they were out of soap completely in the showers and the sink area. So anybody using the restroom and going out on the gym floor couldn't have washed their hands. Also it's the first time I've come across a gym where the sauna was coed. It's located in the pool area. I don't even know what I'm suppose to wear when I go in there, haha. So I avoid it.

Since they open the new 24 @ main place the crowd is a lot less. The gym is a bit run down the parking is stupid. They don't allow 24 hour fitness members to park on the lower floor unless it's the weekend. I do enjoy that it's a glass wall so you can look out when your on the thread mill. I got my car hit here before so the security is not good. But, it's close to my house and I usually go during the week in the morning.

Great gym! There is parking structure always has parking. The bathrooms are not bad mostly clean. Gym and equipment are in working condition. I'm here daily and you can just drop in a class without booking in advance(some)

This is probably the worst 24 Hour Fitness if not the worst gym I've ever used. The gym is in serious need of a remodel/refurbishing. The equipment is noticably run down and aging, even when compared to other locations. The people that come here exhibit the worst gym etiquette I've ever seen. Dumbbells are left all over the place and other members rarely unload their barbells and put plates back on the racks. The staff could make more of an effort in that regard too. Cleanliness isn't a high priority for me when considering gyms, but this place is beyond filthy. Some areas look like they haven't even been dusted in months. Paper towels, all-purpose cleaner and hand soap are frequently not restocked, giving the few gym members who make an effort to clean up after themselves no way to do so. I would go to another location in a heartbeat if this wasn't the closest to my home.

This location is not bad at all. I read a bunch of bad reviews so I decided to go see for myself. It's no different than any other gym. It's smells like gym and gets busy like any other gym. I didn't see any broken machines and everything was relatively clean for a gym that is in constant use. They have a bunch of free weights and cardio machines. They have a pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, basketball court, and classes. I recommend this 24 to anyone who wants to get a serious work out. The staff treated me well, but they also made it clear they expect good gym etiquette and I appreciate that.

Yes this gym is the worse gym, weights are all over the place, these kids think that they are all too good to keep the place clean, no worker will say anything or clean up the place. Had talked to many workers there but they don't say anything or do anything to keep the place clean. I know someone will get hurt and will file a lawsuit, it could be someone like me that could get hurt. With the condition of the place any one can get hurt. So please have someone do something or visit this gym get this place better. Get rid of these kids that have no respect for others.

The trainers here and the person upfront are rude, flaky, and never want to help you. There is usually a lack of paper towels and cleaning solutions as well. The only good aspects of this gym are the abundant parking spots and large layout compared to other locations.

It's close to the freeway and easy to access. However, the gym is not very clean and it needs some upgrades and maintenance.
