Amenities are great, you can't beat the price! Only complaint is how worn out a lot of the equipment is (broken handles, torn seat upholstery, I once saw a bike pedal break clean off), but I guess that just comes with regular use.

cleanest gym I've ever been to. super cheap membership fees. tanning. sauna. massage bed. steam room. pool. jacuzzi. yoga classes. all included in the price. and the game is always up on the tvs.

Great place to release Stress Levels this day....However I did like Anaheim location better, more spacious this location I felt bit crammed

I have been a member for over two years now and have really enjoyed my membership here. It's a great deal for access to a great gym. The facility and equipment are always clean. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful.

The gym is clean and a great value for the price. If you want great customer service go in the morning. The night crew is rude and they spend most of their time messing around and talking with each other.

Update: called today to ask a question and got an attitude and snide remark from one of the employees. How lovely.

This gym is wonderful. Lots of machines so there's always one available & the place is kept very very clean. I have a very sensitive nose & that's been my problem in the past. Smelly gyms, even though they're clean. This place has no funky smell & is immaculate. The workers are always very nice & have a smile on their face! I resisted joining another gym for a very long time. I'm so glad I decided to bite the bullet and join Chuze Garden Grove. I love 'em!

This place is awesome whether you want to work out hard or just do a light workout it's perfect enjoy the theater room 4 cycle ride swimming pool jacuzzi Spa tanning area a massage bed it's great they also have daycare classes like yoga and other type of classes

I just signed up, first I wallked in I liked
there staff and awesome costumer service I've been to a lot of different gym and I decide to join with Chuze !! It's super clean they have everything that I like, and I get premium member for me and my wife for $20 each so happy ,RECOMMENDED GYM *****

LOVE this gym!!

I'm new to the area and was comparing gyms and went with this one. Why? Because it's great value! And their hours are great! I have a premium membership, so I'm able to take guests on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and go to any location. I learned that at the bigger locations (this and Fullerton), guest privileges are only on weekends. Whereas at their smaller counter parts, Cypress and Westminster, I'm allowed guests everyday.

Perks of being a premium member at this location include: use of the tanning rooms, hydro massage beds, access to classes, the pool, sauna, and steam room. I have yet to utilize those perks, but love that it's an option any time I come in!

They have a great layout. Love the turf area for core workouts and stretching, and love that they have a separate room for cycling classes! Very big location! Can't forget to mention that this location has a Cinema, where they play a movie on repeat, all day long and the room is filled with cardio machines! This week, it's the entire Harry Potter series.

They provide a layout on the website, but I wanted a personal tour of the place so I asked one of the employees to take me around the location that way I confidently know where everything is. I rely on Google to know where it's busiest times are - but they do have a chart in the women's locker room that shows the busiest times throughout the week. From my experience, it's been pretty busy M-F 6-9PM and very light on the weekends.

They have everything you need, free weights, cable machines, cardio machines, the pool. Get a trial and check it out! Oh! Annnnd, they have hot water in the showers so if you can squeeze in a workout before work, I'd def recommend it. I like coming in between 7:15AM-8:30AM M-F.

Note: I don't have a membership here; I came as a guest with my wife. Guests are allowed here Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Let me start by saying that this place should have everything you need to have a successful workout. You should know what you're generally looking for in a gym, but I think this location has the basic (and some more) necessities.

Coming as a guest here, you walk in with a member and while they scan their card, you go forward to 1 of 2 computers and sign-in, i.e., give them your info so they can try and get you to sign up via emails.

They have a good amount of cardio machines: treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and a few bikes (more in the cycling room).

They have a green-turf area where you can do some kettlebell work, bosu ball stuff; they have those mats so you're not lying directly on the turf. They also got these "stretching cages" - I don't know how else to describe it.

They got all the weight machines you need. As you continue through the venue is when you'll come to the free weights, but I didn't venture that far in (I do more calisthenics than weights).

They have plenty of cleaning supplies for you to WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT, WHICH YOU SHOULD BE DOING BECAUSE I KNOW YOU'RE A GOOD PERSON. Up front they also have small lockers to store personal belongings you don't want to workout with, BUT you need a lock of some sort - a simple combo lock will do.

So far I like it. I'll probably come back with my wife. They got everything I need to workout.

The pool's water has been so cold in the past 3 weeks. I went to the pool every day and had to swim in very cold water. A lot of other people (including me) said that they came to the desk to complain but were told that the thermometer in the pool room was ok with 80 degree. When we asked the front desk people to touch the water to see that it was inappropriately cold for swimming, they refused to do it, saying that they need to trust their thermometer. Very disappointed of the service and the very in appropriately cold pool water.

So while parked in the parking lot waiting for breakfast to arrive and while eating our food, the security guard or personnel decided to call the police on me and my companion because according to the police we were stealing gasoline from one of our cars. After I approached the police and inquired about the situation and cleared our names, I went into the gym. After I walked in I made reference to the situation and instead of receiving an apology I was given a number of excuses why Chuze Fitness security personnel opted to call the police after one of their members accused me of stealing the gas from my buddy's car, I guess he couldn't walk to where we were and made sure of the claims. According to whom I assume is the manager his security man was afraid of approaching me while I was eating breakfast; so instead he decided to waste tax payer dollars and call the police.

To top it off I heard this security person speaking with his customer about how I can own a Honda, I wonder if it is because I am Mexican, dressed in gym clothes, cause I am not white...yet here I am wondering how he can work at Chuze Fitness with his narrow minded thinking (in other word his stereotypical views, racist mentality and bigoted comments).

Even after seating in the lounge area he decided to speak about me to his female co-worker as if I was not there. Sat there for a good 20 minutes and no apology. Trust me I understand why they called the police and I don't need apology for that, but I do for the comments he shared with his customer about how I could own a Honda. Just so he knows I do have an income but you should not worry about me you should worry about becoming more color blind!

How much do I love this place? So much! I have my favs but you honestly can't go wrong with this location. Their Kids Club staff is nothing short of amazing, my kids love everyone there! I would give special shoutouts but I would be naming everyone who works there....The staff is quick to resolve any situation that might come up and they do so in a way that is friendly but real...The classes are awesome, the instructors are great too. My ONLY let down is when they have certain substitutes, but it can't be helped. Anyhow, kudos to Chuze and thanks to the staff for being so freakin' awesome!

Just 3 stars because of the friendly staff, other then that it's a long wait to use any none cardio equipment. If you just want to due cardio joing this gym it's nice.

one of the worst gyms iv been to nasty pool the staff there are very rude and all they do is talk to each other
also if your looking to lift real weight its not a gym for you because all they have is smith machines and its way to packed to get a good workout. lastly the hours they are open is horrible overall i wouldnt waste my time in any of there gyms ever again

Clean and organized. Well priced and a very friendly staff. Only complaint is that it does get extremely packed at peak hours. Well I guess that's what happens when a gym is ran well.

I wanted to do laps in a pool for rehab. After repeated confrontations with people who tried to use the pool as a lounge area contrary to the posted rules and several complaints to management later, I was told "we cater to those people." I promptly left the building and refuse to return.
