I adore this new little studio on Grand Avenue. It's in an adorable candy-colored building, nestled amidst the creative arts scene of the area. I have been biking here on weekends for a month now in order to enjoy the Yin Nidra class, something not offered elsewhere in Downtown.... more
In my opinion, it's the best yoga studio in Tempe. Maybe the best I've been to in the US. I love this studio and all of the instructors I've had. Dusty is incredible.. It was such a beautiful cozy studio, Dusty was so caring and had a great sense of humor, the class was not stressful or uptight, and super relaxing.... more

Convenient dedicated classes, but I was scammed out of $100s due to misleading sales wording - extremely disappointed and wished I had canceled months ago. For travel and consistency, the yoga classes are a great all over workout and convenient during travel.... more
