Such an amazing studio lead by an amazing instructor. Nikki makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. Not only did this experience provide me with a group of women I could relate to, a comfortable atmosphere where I could relax and focus, but the many workshops Nikki offers gave me a huge amount of knowledge and the confidence I needed for my first pregnancy and on into motherhood.... more

Convenient dedicated classes, but I was scammed out of $100s due to misleading sales wording - extremely disappointed and wished I had canceled months ago. For travel and consistency, the yoga classes are a great all over workout and convenient during travel.... more
