Absolutely amazing yoga experience. Started around the end of 2016 with NO prior yoga knowledge. I am now on my way to being a spiritual gansgter. The teachers are amazing and extremely helpful. Jamie is always there to help as well. Could not ask for a better way to work out and de-stress after a long day

This is the best hot yoga studio I have been to in Tempe. The atmosphere is clean, caring and accommodates all levels of skill. I highly recommend at least trying it out. They have great prices for introductory students. Unfortunately, I moved too far away, and haven't been able to find a suitable replacement in Chandler. Nothing compares to Sumits Yoga!

Sumits yoga is one of the best yoga studios I've been to. All of their classes are generally the same. They're all hot and they all have the same beginning warm-up and vinyasa flow. After the vinyasa flow, depending on the teacher will change up the stretches. Their teachers are all great, and when they need subs they come from other Sumits so they already know what to do without compromising your zen.

The first time you go they let you borrow a mat and yogitoes. This is great for people who haven't gone before. I've gone to a few studios around Tempe and Scottsdale and this one feels like a second home.
