I love this studio and the owner, Sandy, is truly an inspiring woman. She cares about her clients and for the overall good of the community. It would be nice if there were more businesses than ran their companies like Sandy runs hers. She is an asset to the Yoga community as well as to the overall neighborhood community. Her studio is clean, smells good and the patrons respect each other and their belongings. Thank you Sandy for all of your hard work in keeping this studio such a wonderful place to practice.

Have been going for years, purest Bikram anywhere, with lot's of variety in yoga, and a new H.I.I.T. class which is excellent. Staff and clientele like family.

I love this studio--so does my hard to please guy! I teach other form of fitness classes and am SO impressed with the teaching style of Sandy, Nikki, and CieAna. I recommend this studio to everyone.
Everything about this studio is Awesome! Inspirational quotes in the lobby when you first walk in! The retail is fantastic. The teachers are awesome & Sandy - studio director is super nice! The yoga room has a sense of tranquility and belonging! I enjoyed my class there with CieAna.

I have been going to this studio for 5+ years and will continue as long as I am able. The instructors are wonderful and knowledgeable. The benefits of the practice are tremendous and people are friendly. Guys, anyone who thinks yoga is just for women should really come to a class. Give it a try. It works.
