This is one of the best studios in the valley! I have had the opportunity to practice at a variety of yoga studios throughout the valley and this is the best one. This is the best because they have a variety of teachers, the atmosphere is welcoming, the front desk is helpful, they have classes available pretty much throughout the entire day, and the studio space just feels so zen and peaceful. In addition, they have a wide variety of workshops that anyone can attend. I LOVE this yoga studio and all of the teachers. I highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed.
This is an absolutely beautiful place! The environment is wonderful, welcoming, warm and friendly. The caliber of teachers teaching at this studio is amazing! Great variety of classes, for anyone, advanced or beginner, prices are affordable. I have a monthly membership and I love it! Highly recommend it. Your first class is only 5 dollars, and you can sing up online! Really, if you are not coming here to practice you are missing out!!
Moksha is one of those rare finds in a studio where you can feel comfortable, excited, challenged, supported, peaceful, and at home all in one place.
I have been a student and teacher of yoga for years, and finding this studio recently has made me feel like there is so much more to learn! It is well rounded with vinyasa flow, basics, kids yoga, and ashtanga classes that teach you the poses, but many classes will also teach you mantra, sanskrit, the ideology behind the sutras, and more. I highly recommend this studio.
