The energy at this haven is flowing with PURE WHITE LIGHT. We came from Atlanta for a visit and stopped in for an evening session that was very thorough. The brother and sister who operate the space are absolutely beautiful people who took the time to explain the practice of yoga, talk about the community and even provide us with historical references. Very appreciative for the connection. Should we return to phoenix again soon, we will return.
I feel refreshed after every class, everyone has been really nice here. My posture is much better, I have less back pain, and I have had people tell me I look better. I am very happy with the results.

This is definitely the most powerful yoga, and the best yoga studio in the valley, in my opinion. The teachers are very experienced. Some have been teaching for thirty years! If you want a yoga class to change your life for the better, come here.
