I adore this new little studio on Grand Avenue. It's in an adorable candy-colored building, nestled amidst the creative arts scene of the area. I have been biking here on weekends for a month now (there are awesome green bike lanes to get me there and bike parking right out front) in order to enjoy the Yin Nidra class, something not offered elsewhere in Downtown. I like that this studio has classes that are slower-paced mixed with other options that get the heart pumping. Suzanne, the owner, is so experienced teaching all levels and that shines through in her classes and personal approach. Highly recommended and a welcome addition to Downtown!!
