excellent staff, clean facility, way bigger than i expected. classes are wonderful - lots of options in multiple day parts. everyone is extremely friendly, but if you're the come in for a quiet workout by yourself type no one minds that either.... more

I have been coming to RCF for quite some time. When I first came I will admit that I was a bit nervous, but that quickly disappeared after my first few classes. It is a great supportive community of people with excellent coaches! The coaches are committed to making sure you use proper technique and they get the best out of you! I've been to 4 gyms in Tacoma and Lakewood and this is the best bang for your buck. Plenty of space, never crowded, great locker room area, clean, good customer service and so much equipment.... more
Don't even try to get a membership there. Had a scary experience when I was trying to cancel the membership due to their hot tub was closing often. They said OK to cancel at first so I canceled , but then they kept taking my money next 3 months! I called them again and asked why they took money, and they said I have to send a canceling letter to head quarter.... more
