Blake's a great guy and really knows his stuff it's like having a personal trainer
Blake and his wife are great people! Blake is knowledgeable in just about any question you ask him. hes full of information and is always there to see you succeed! He loves doing what he does which is a big bonus and he cares about every single client he has. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there trying to change their lives for the better! Hes super helpful with every piece of equipment and is good at keeping you laughing and smiling!
As for the gym. it has a machine for every muscle as well as machines for training. you wont miss out on nothing. and that combined with the level of knowledge he has makes the overall experience greater than you expect. He takes your stats and compares them to everyone around your age to see where you stack up against others! All in all its a big learning experience that benefits you and is well worth the time and money you invest.
