I have benefited greatly from the services that Silver Linings Integrative Health and Adrienne Ione provides. I have participated in group classes offered and have also worked individually with Adrienne in the past several months. She is a bundle of positive energy providing support and encouragement in a very intuitive and individualized manner. I highly recommend working with her.
