The instructors here are welcoming, well trained, patient, helpful and encouraging. I started to see results after just 3 weeks. I have experienced difficulty understanding the instructor's directions during a session, due to the loud background music.... more
Best gym ever. The positive energy, motivation, and results are amazing !! Also the staff is incredible , very welcoming and very good motivators. The coaches. I could easily create my own workouts at home but having the accountability piece with a membership as well as THE COACHES make me go and work hard.... more

Have been using my membership more lately. Lost 35 pounds in last 8 months.. Most any gym will be more affordable and generally better than the YMCA. The YMCA harms the community with predatory employment practices and the community would be better off without the YMCA.... more
We have been at this gym for 11 years!! My daughter has had a lot of different coaches. She's had rec classes and has been on team for 8 years. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their kid to enjoy any level of gymnastics.... more
Gym is too crowded/packed now. Gonzaga has accepted more and more students to their school, but the gym has not accounted for that.. Have been a Student at Gonzaga University for over a year and have gone to the gym at least 4 times a week.... more
