Best gym ever. The positive energy, motivation, and results are amazing !! Also the staff is incredible , very welcoming and very good motivators.The coaches. I could easily create my own workouts at home but having the accountability piece with a membership as well as THE COACHES make me go and work hard.... more
The gym itself is cool. I've sent emails inquiring about memberships on a few occasions with no response back. One of the members let me in one day and I got a work out in. The back room is nice and has more of a power lifter vibe with the free weights then you go towards the front and it has the cable machines and cardio equipment.... more

Terrible experience. I have Been a member for a while now. I signed my girlfriend up the other day and she is brand new to working out so we worked out together. I was approached one day by the owner in the middle of our workout and was told to "make sure I don't make it look like I'm training my girlfriend" she then proceeded to ask her when she wanted to set up a training session after my girlfriend has told her many times she has to check her schedule first.... more

Good overall gym. Needs better ventilation in Toilet-Shower part of gym...very smelly. Front desk employees need to speak louder and explain things in more detail to new people. Too many customers sitting on equipment on their phone or not on the phone and not using the equipment.... more
Gym is too crowded/packed now. Gonzaga has accepted more and more students to their school, but the gym has not accounted for that..Have been a Student at Gonzaga University for over a year and have gone to the gym at least 4 times a week.... more
