This is the place as a YMCA-A-A-AA!! Member if; your a serious wightlifter! The place is clean and stacked with plenty of weights and stations! Has a childcare center, a huge studio for yoga and other events! Awesome place, awesome staff and awesome respectful, mature members!

This is a brand new place. They are redoing the floors in some areas. You can get a lot of help when you need it. Ask for Brad. He's awesome!

Sometimes I work out here and feel better about my life, but mostly I just eat junk food. When I do go here it's a good gym. All the equipment is in working order. Good weights, excellent dumbells, a punching bag and all, treadmills, and other various items to get you fit. My daughter doesn't like the daycare but I think that's a her problem not a problem with the daycare. She shy.

Former Gold's Gym, so they have a great weightlifting focus. Also a good swathe of cardio machines. Great staff and nice locker rooms with a sauna. My favorite gym in Spokane for sure.

I enjoy working out here. It's laid back, and has multiple amounts of equipment, making wait times if any, very small.
As long as you party your monthly fee, it's a really nice place to workout. Plus free WiFi!
