been attending for a few years now. I swim laps for my back and hips. Love the big indoor pool though many swim outside all year too. wonderful management and employees. I love that I can have a private shower and private dressing room.... more

I went today for an intro session and I'm glad I did. The class was 30 min, the pacing was good and I felt like we all got small amounts of course correction as needed. I had a hard time figuring out where my lower back/spine/hips needed to be but I'm sure with time it will come together.... more
Poor customer services! I asked for a guest pass because I am looking for a gym close to me and they want you so sign up right away. Also rude attitude. Very bad experience! The gym itself looks great but because of the attitude I got there as a customer I would not recommend to anyone to go to this location.... more
