Not as hot as most hot yoga studios, but still nice and warm! Great location, nicely maintained albeit somewhat small space. Get their early for popular classes, they fill up fast in a small studio.
The instructors are very kind and will greet you openly and warmly. However, many of them (3 of the 4 whose classes I attended) need to work on their verbal cues on how they describe poses and flows. Most of the studios I've visited you can follow by listening only, with the occasional peek to confirm what the instructor was doing. Here, the cues are often missing basic information (left? right? extend what and in what direction?) They do emphasize safety, pacing yourself and listening to your own body while they encourage you to find the Edge.
I wish they also offered the occasional longer class (75 minutes) to accommodate those times when you're feeling motivated.
Like most studios, there's not much room for shower facilities so you'll probably want to take that chore home (Costco sells nice washable seat covers for your car!)
Overall, a nice local studio. Looking forward to exploring my practice there.
