This place is the best. Clean, towels for workouts, best sauna in northwest, hot tub, fans in cardio room.
Best value for your money.

I really wanted to love this place and signed up my family there but can't say I'm happy. The stuff don't care about kids. If you have younger kids 2-6 they will not be safe there. Stuff is just sitting there and checking their phones, especially when they go to cardio.

Tried to volunteered here. Extreme favoritism towards women with families and youth. Was shunned being a single individual trying to provide my services to them for free. I wasn't even allowed to enter past the door even though I had an appointment with someone in the building. Sorry but that's not good customer service.
No I would not recommend this location. No I will not bring my family here.
This place is great, has a set of weights, machines, 2 gyms, and a swimming pool. But compared to the other YMCAs that I have visited, this is nothing. There are bigger and better places for YMCA that have more classes and variety of other machines and weights. The swimming pool is always crowded here and a little too dirty tbh. Still great for the price!

Stupid place. There's a adventure zone where you can left your kids. In Adventure zone employees are all youngsters. They don't watch the kids. They just check there Facebook and Instagram. Just sit and talk.
One day they blame my son that " he hit 7 kids until they cried". Instead of making my son a bad guy they should've gather all of the 7 kids and listen to their
versions. But they didn't do that they said my son is bad guy. I couldn't talk with them as I wanted because of my English. They always blame immigrants and their kids.

Gave up volunteering after a week. Didn't feel like my contributions were making a difference. Apparently they have favoritism with age. Great community place. Lots of various programs for kids, adults and elderly. Includes an indoor gym, swim, hot tub, sauna, free weight gym, cardio room, bike room, yoga room and dance studio. Also includes has a day care while you're there kind of option for little ones, it's great. It's an indoor playground and the staff that looks over the kids always are so friendly and do different activities with the kids. The swim staff is also real great. They're very patient with the kids and look after them well. The entrance staff is always friendly and welcomes you by name. The facility also has great hours allowing early birds to get a workout in before work. I wouldn't give it a five cause I'm hard to please but it probably deserves it.

Very nice gym, sport center, and pool. You can bring your baby in some time at pool. Everyone was very polite and smiling. The changing rooms are big but the family room is way too small for 2 adults and a toddler and limited to one.
A Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff member named Alex helped me get my family enrolled and set up for summer programs. I love that they offer community outreach and scholarships to children that need them! Ymca is a great organization.

The staff here are amazing! The Lifeguards are always in a positive mood even though their attention is on the swimmers. The front desk can get quite hectic I've noticed but the membership staff are always seeking to resolve your issues!
