I started working out here about a year ago. I initially signed up because I was interested in doing Jiu Jitsu but started doing work outs on the Monkeybar side of the gym and really fell in love! My membership included unlimited access to both sides, which was great because the functional training really pairs well with my martial arts! The trainers here are awesome and are always able to work around my injuries and give personal time to each member in the class.... more

This is a review of Kayree, in the salon, she's absolutely phenomenal. I searched high and low for a salon in this area that uses Goldwell products , and I am so glad I found her! She gave me the Goldwell Kerasilk treatment :) I have been getting Kerasilk since 2016 and my old stylist was good at the process, but Kayree was excellent.... more
