I've been lifting for a couple years before visiting Shawn Casey. I looked for help because I started to plateau out and experience more pain. Shawn set me up with Allen Kuhl but continued to show interest in my progress. These guys really take pride in their work and are genuinely invested in seeing you succeed.
Allen's training is very well rounded. We spent a lot of time working on lifts and exercises that I had never done before. After about 3 months I immediately saw huge improvements in my deadlifts, squats and just general strength with a lot of my painful areas (shoulders, hips) getting better. Both Allen and Shawn don't tell you what you want to hear, they give you the road map and facts which if you execute will lead to incredible improvements. I originally planned on seeing these guys for 2-3 months, this was almost a year ago and I still train with Allen twice a week.
A+, would definitely recommend to anyone of any level. Whether you are looking at rehabilitating an injury, moving ahead in your progress or simply have no clue what you are doing these guys know how to help you. They also have a very convenient straight forward pricing policy. Pay for 1 session or 100 if you want, no limits, no expiration or etc.
