CrossFit Woodbridge is an excellent gym with excellent coaching staff. Their programming over the past few years has been top notch, going as far as to incorporate stabilization exercises, breath work, and other protocols not always seen with most CrossFit gyms.... more
Loved dropping in here. Awesome people to work out with and they kept me safe from injury. This is a great box!. Unprofessional. Came to sign up and was super rude, told me I needed a refresher on CrossFit and it would be $245 when I clearly passed the test.... more
That was my first yoga session. I'm a regular gym person I workout 5 days a week but I need to stretch more. I really like the atmosphere at My BodyYoga.. Really I would give this yoga studio an 11! The staff is super friendly.... more
