They offer promotion, but they don't tell you about hidden fees and does and don'ts about the guess you can bring, this is not the first Time I had problems with this location. Over all the employees don't have the training or even someone that can resolved the problems. After hours.

Clean, Observant staff, and a great and accepting culture. Ask for Ken Smart if you want a personal trainer or need any kind of advice. Ken is on top of things and knows when to step in with professional guidance.

Went to a Soca Bounce Class, and it was awesome!!! Ask when Okeemah will be there so you can join in and burn those calories!! You won't regret it! Best instructor EVER!! Thank you, Okeemah! And thank you, World Gym, for having her!

DALE CITY VA. You will find high quality first class equipment for every area of your body. There are fitness trainers ready for small and individual classes. There is cardio, free weights, Zumba, Child care, Strength machines, yoga, and functional training. Athletes would not be disappointed. This gym is cheaper in cost than the recreational centers like Chinn and Sharon Baucom center. People are friendly and respectful. Everyone is happy. There are a lot of machines- no wait time. Moms- dont worry child care is available for your child. Different payment plans are available, equipment are withdrawn in October and April at 19.99. My friend got a basic plan 29.99 +9.99 are first time membership fees. Then 9.99 monthly plus equipment fees. Check it out-get fit for your life.

The prices are the best I've found around town. Very friendly staff. Lots of gym equipment and group classes. Try Chui's zumba class on Mondays & Wednesdays, you won't regret it. Absolutely the best class they have.

The staff really nice.. Really nice people Clean gym the classes are awesome!!! I love the hit camp class zumba class just one time a lady instructor name savah she was really rude with the people... I don't how this gym hired people like that with this bad Energy and attitude I just went once and I'll never go to zumba classes I just keep the hit camp.

God bless this gym. A highly diverse amount of lifting equipment to work on just about any part of the body. Been here for about 7 months now, 2-3 times a week, and I have yet to encounter any sort of inconvenience.

This gym is open 24/7 Monday through Friday plenty of equipment good quality very clean the staff are there it is just you and very friendly customer-oriented. The people at the gym are also very friendly and always willing to give you a few pointers. I've made a lot of friends here it's more like a family kind of place

Air Conditioner Issue: It's funny reading commentary: "who cares about A/C when working out" in winter months.
You will! Last summer Temps inside hit 95 degrees regularly; with No Air moving, Gross! On 3/14/2017 there have been no attempts to repair or replace A/C.
That's your real update.
Update: A/C and heat Work as it should.
Staff, particularly, Naqi, Anthony, Gabby, are Professional friendly & helpful.

Nice and clean with great rates. A few less amenities than others, but a quarter of the price. Always see cleaning staff busy working. Desk staff is friendly. Only wish I could hear TVs through the equipment. Using my phone is inconvenient for me.

Nice, clean gym with affordable memberships that go on sale. The owner is nice and cares about you. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of machines and free-weights. They also have a sauna, daycare, and two separate classrooms. Recommend.

I really enjoy the variety and abundance of exercise equipment. I can find open strength machines, free weights and cardio equipment at most times during the day. I also had a great experience with one on one training from Kathryn McCall. She was very thorough and her training was specific to my exercise needs. All of this, at a very affordable price.

This gym is one of the cheapest priced gyms with incredible access to a large variety of equipment. A.C. is fixed and running well. If equipment is broken, it is replaced or fixed in a good amount of time. They maintain the equipment by replacing old and worn padding. Good variety of classes, kept pretty clean considering how large it is. Bathrooms are kept clean, as I've never had an issue with them. They are constantly updating the gym and equipment. I wish I still lived in the area to continue going to this gym. The trainers are eager to help, and full of knowledge. Overall, a wonderful gym, full equipped for everyone.

First time signing up for a gym membership and so happy that I chose World Gym Dale city. Facility itself is very clean and offers multiple classes as well as childcare which is included with a monthly membership. Staff is very nice and helpful especially, Anthony, he goes above and beyond his way to make me feel welcomed. He is always ready to answer my questions which gives me confidence and willingness to continue my workout. I will be recommending this gym to all my friends. Thank you!!

This gym does the job especially for the price. If you're not looking for any perks at all and to just work out and shower home, this is the place. If you're expecting air conditioning, great classes, nice shower area, and ppl not loitering on the equipment between AND during their sets then spend a little more at the flashier gyms. The front desk is always a pleasure though. Very nice people. The PT staff seems upbeat and pleasant as well. The AC being broken all summer was the final straw for me.

Went in today around 5:30pm (Rush Hour) and found that even though it was kinda packed, the amount of weights, racks and machines outweighed the busiest time of the day. AC works great and so do the machines. Staff is friendly and the members have a no nonsense vibe, really motivating! Daycare was very secure and I felt that my son was safe through out my workout. This gym is great for any kind of work out you are looking for. They have rogue crossfit style equipment, hammer strength machines, stationary bikes, rowers, all types of cardio , a lot of ab machines (left me without an excuse to skip abs) plenty of free weights (all top notch quality), medicine balls, saunas, showers...etc. First day btw and I shopped around before I came here and it blew me away. I've been to gyms all around the USA including military gyms and I rate this a solid 9/10. I almost feel bad only paying $30 a month that includes child care, 1 free guest every time I visit, all access to the entire gym and 10% off any item I buy. So, I had to buy a shirt at the front desk. The online pictures don't do the gym justice.

No AC when it's hot outside, but they have nice equipment and friendly staff. Best selection of Kettlebells in Woodbridge. Plenty of free parking in the shopping center lot.

Love it especially in the morning/mid-day. Only problem is that there is an African male that thinks/believes that he owns all the equipment. Won't let you use it if is on another. He would come and tell you his using it even though he hasn't touched it for a while. He would expect you to get off. If you dont then he would follow you to make you uncomfortable.
