Excellent coachez and more equipment than you could lift...although some people are determined to try. Lots of encouragement all around.. I was always intimidated by the idea of crossfit but a friend talked me into trying it here at Crossfit EMC and I am so glad! My body feels stronger than it ever has and my stamina, too.... more
