CFNL should consider renaming to CrossFit New Family, because it really is a family. There are athletes of EVERY level, but we're all just trying to do the same thing. Saturdays are the best, because we usually get into small teams to try to get through a workout together.... more
Have been coming here since 2011. Love this this full body workout. I am always sore the next day The teachers are all wonderful with positive attitudes and messages.. Therapy Social Fitness gives me such a great full body workout each time I walk into the studio.... more
