I low-key stalked Kirin on Instagram before taking the leap and signing up for the On-Ramp program in January. My only regret is that I waited so long to dive in!
This truly is "not your meathead roommate's CrossFit gym." The coaches are incredibly professional and happy to help me scale when moves are too advanced for my level (or when I'm injured. And the only times I've I've injured myself this past year have been OUTSIDE of the gym), the atmosphere is positive and non-judgmental (members of all ages and abilities cheer on one another; babies/kids/dogs are welcome), and the workouts are never boring.
If you, like me, tend to research obsessively from the sidelines before committing to anything, I totally get it. But the best way to see if Kirin's a good fit is to come on down for a free Saturday class. You'll be glad you did.
